domaine bitouzet prieur volnay 2021 hvor jorden og klimaet fremmerBitouzet Prieur has 2. 21 hectares spread over Echards, Aussy and Petits Gamets, all on the same site to the southeast of the village. The nose has a touch of spicy oak, which initially opens up to a beautiful, flowery character and sweet red berries. In the mouth it is full, a product of the deep soil, with a balance of acidity, juiciness and dense red fruit. A straightforward and appetizing Volnay.
