Pichot "Clos St Mathurin" Vouvray Brut 2023 christophe-et-fils On the palate the wineThis is the first release from the Clos St Mathurin vineyard, located just behind the Premire Cte site of Le Marigny just above the village in the heart of the appellation. The cuve is made in the mthode traditionnelle, with primary fermentation in 400 litre barrels, followed by four years maturation on fine lees in bottle. The wine is then disgorged and re corked with zero dosage. The result is a very fine, crisp and beautifully composed sparkling
