Dress #120. 1920s dinner dress in dark blue Hearts Materials: Korean and Japanese paperThis hand stitched paper dinner dress is based on a Robe de dner en velours vieux bleu by Paris designer Jean Magnin; the dress was featured in the February 1929 issue of Les Modes : revue mensuelle illustre des Arts dcoratifs appliqus la femme. The dress is six inches tall, stitched by hand on 8x10 inch 100% cotton watercolour paper, which means that it will pop right into any commercial frame in that size, and be ready to hang on your wall.
