Iberico Blend 2022 Franschhoek rocky soilsTasting notes The red wine Iberico Blend from the Winery Idiom opens with dense blackberry fruit, accompanied by fresh rosemary and delicate violet notes. On the palate, it shows juicy red cherry and a distinctive, iron rich minerality that gives clear contours. Black pepper provides spice and additional depth. The texture is medium bodied with a smooth core and precise structure. The tannins are ripe and silky and carry the fruit without weighing it
